1. What is a “download quilt pattern”?
The quilt pattern design is converted into the PDF file format available for immediate download. This file, once downloaded, may be viewed or printed at your leisure using the free Adobe Reader. The Adobe Reader is inbuilt to many browsers or you can download a free version from this link.
Once your transaction is completed, you will able to immediately access your download file by these two methods.
- Your Shopping Cart conformation will contain a download link.
- Purchase Receipt emailed to your nominated email address will contain a download link.
2. Can I buy digital pattern download from any country?
Yes, purchasing a download quilt pattern is possible from any country. If you are unable to complete a purchase from your location, please make contact using the Contact Page on this website.
3. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, very safe, your credit card transaction is secured by PayPal using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) based transactions. All of you credit card information is scrambled (encrypted) when you complete the transaction. TIP: You will notice HTTPS in your internet browser location bar and a padlock symbol on the screen. This indicates the transaction is secured using SSL.
4. How many times can I download?
It’s permitted to download your purchased file a maximum of three times. Once the maximum is reached, the link is deactivated.
5. Does my download expire?
No, your downloaded pattern does not expire. The download link expires after 30 days.
6. Can I change or cancel my download purchase?
Orders placed and confirmed cannot be changed as they are delivered immediately.
7. Can I return a purchased download file?
Please note that due to the nature of PDF downloads, all sales are final, therefore we do not accept returns. However, if your experiencing some technical difficulties within the first 2 weeks from purchase please contact us via the Contact Page.
8. Can I give a download quilt pattern as a gift certificate?
Download purchases are tied to your personal information so at present it’s not possible to provide as a gift certificate. We are looking at offering a gift certificate purchase option in the future.
9. When will I receive my download quilt pattern?
