3. Downloadable Files
You are granted a license to use the design files when you purchase or download the designs from the Site. By checking ‘Terms & Conditions’ at Checkout, you agree to abide by the license provided herein. Any purchased download of a digital file from this Site shall entitle you to the personal use of such file. Further distribution or resale is prohibited.
You acknowledge and agree that to violate the terms as set out above shall constitute copyright infringement under applicable laws. See Copyright section for further details.
You also agree not to sell or rent the digital file purchased from this Site or participate in any activity where the digital file is the single element in securing financial gain.
4. Guarantee
Every pattern goes through thorough testing and editing to ensure you receive the best possible product. However, despite my best efforts, I cannot guarantee that my work will be 100% error free, as we are only human. Should errors be found, purchasers are entitled to receive an update with corrections, free of charge. The Errata & Updates page is updated as corrections occur.
5. Refund Policy
Digital Download Products: Digital products are available for download immediately following the completion of payment processing. A refund will no longer apply for purchased items once downloading has started; this is due to the nature of digital goods.
Physical Products: Requests for refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase should you have purchased in error. To help prevent unwanted purchases, please read through the information provided on the product pages. Please get in touch if you have any concerns about your purchase.
6. Viruses
This Site offers downloadable content as part of its service. Quilting Fabrications cannot guarantee that any file or program available for access, download or execution from or via this Site is free from viruses or other conditions that could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this Site, and you release Quilting Fabrications entirely from all responsibility for any consequences of its use.

You are purchasing a licence to use the design to recreate, not the rights to the design itself. Each purchase carries with it a licence that permits you to use the instructions for personal use;
- to sell a finished item made from the instructions,
- to use the finished piece or photos commercially to promote further sales of the design,
- to teach from the pattern (provided one copy per student is purchased),
- but prevents you from converting for or entering into mass production.
